The SK method, what is it?

Pleasure, simplicity and method to effectively model your body according to your personal choice. Based on over 15 years of research, observations, trials and indoor sports practice, the SK method offers a simple and obvious concept: Your desire is the engine! And the only machine you need is the weight of your own body. The SK method is a number of exercises available to all adapted to the capability of the individual. How do you imagine yourself well? Here, all ambitions of any scale are welcome ! I’ll guarantee the seriousness and adequacy of your training in good communicative humor the best kind of energy!

At home or outside, I am here for you in your condition, your available free time and your commitment that you are ready to make. Choosing the SK method will avoid an unnecessary and unprofitable long engagement. I offer you my expert support to efficiently target the right areas to work out.

What goes on? Is it hard?

After a first meeting, we will construct a training session adapted to ensure your security, stimulate your desire to be active and meet your goals. A good training session guaranties a level of intensity and duration genuinely adapted to your condition and rhythm. This is precisely what coaching offers: to respect your capabilities and the right amount to make sure you want to continue. You will improve this way toward the figure you are looking for. Your 1 hour session will take place in three phases: Warm up, demonstrations and exercises, then a return to calm in a body regaining vitality! The rate is CHF 80.- per hour. After 15 years of personal sporting challenges, my challenge today with the SK method is to enable my clients to discover sporting activities based on the pleasure felt by making the body feel good thanks to simple, adapted and quality training sessions. Sport is too often synonymous with pains, unease, or weariness. Therefore, In every training ground I have known, people are «giving up» or are begrudging exercise when it should be a moment of pleasure!

When this is the case, we always find time to do ourselves some good! I have tried it for 15 years whilst being a mother of 3 children. The image you have of a dream body is accessible; it is not reserved to others! By creating the SK method, I wish to offer my clients a setting adapted so that each individual can practice according to their desire and to the best of their abilities.

The second pillar of my method is a positive attitude far from the imperfect measured ambitions we find in overcrowded gyms. Coaching is personal; it is the guarantee of a nice moment, where somebody who knows your shape is there to encourage you.
